What is excess?
In the event of a claim we will make a deduction from any pay-out. This is known as the policy excess.
Is there a maximum age of an item that can be covered?
The mobile phone, smart phone or tablet can be no more than 12 months old at the time of purchasing this insurance.
Can I cover more than one device?
We only allow one device per policy, however if you have another device you can take out a separate policy.
Can I access my policy documents online?
You are able to view your insurance certificate, policy wording and key facts documents by clicking on this link. You will be asked to enter your policy number, surname and date of birth to validate your identity.
How do I make a claim?

Can I pay by direct debit?
Currently we only accept card payments for the full amount of the policy premium.
How do I cancel my policy?
If you wish to cancel your policy, you must notify your issuing agent within 14 days of receiving the policy documents. Any premium already paid will be refunded to you providing no claim has been made or is intended to be made and no incident likely to give rise to a claim has occurred. The policy will be cancelled with effect from its date of issue.
How do I make a complaint?
